The world’s longest running and most respected Korean film festival reprises its eclectic mix of indie, classic, animation and blockbuster films for the 13th year, taking place across the UK from 1 – 25 November.

Highlights include Lee Kwang-kuk’s beautiful A Tiger In Winter and the unforgiving The Bacchus Lady, not to mention a stream specifically focusing on Women filmmakers’ voices in Korean film. The thematic approach this year, ‘A Slice of Everyday Life’, offers a window into the relatable intricacies of daily life in South Korea which, while offering a generally more lighthearted tone than the hard-hitting Korean Noir theme of 2017, isn’t without its own punches.
