Win tickets to Long Live the Bride (Viva La Sposa) + Q&A
To coincide with Cinema Made In Italy which runs March 10th-14th 2016, we are giving away a pair of tickets to the Italian film festival’s screening of Long Live the Bride (Viva La Sposa) on Monday March 14th at 6:30pm, followed by a Q&A with director Ascanio Celestini. The film stars Ascanio Celestini, Alba Rohrwacher, Salvatore Striano and Francesco De Miranda.
Nicola is a puppeteer who lives in a bleak area on the outskirts of Rome, among lowlifes, drifters, and labourers. He drinks too much but takes care of the adolescent Salvatore, who may or may not be his son by a local prostitute. When driving around in his van one day, he hits and kills Sabatino, an old man who stages accidents with unsuspecting drivers, and lives off the insurance scams. Soon Nicola is drawn into a netherworld of petty crime gone wrong, in a country where it is too late for hope.
The tickets must be collected from the box office half an hour before the film start time.
To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize, just answer the following question:
In which Italian city is Viva La Sposa set?
Contest closes March 10th, 2016 at 5pm.
