Nothing is quite like a night at the cabaret. Circus, music, comedy, dance and a whole lot of sexy naughtiness mixed together to guarantee something to please everyone. And where sexy naughtiness is concerned, The Black Cat Cabaret definitely know how to create the perfect mix.
With its current home in the historic Oscar Wilde Bar (formerly the Grill Room) at Hotel Café Royal, it is easy to imagine stepping back in time to the opulence of the 1800’s. The beauty of the room is enhanced by the impressive array of skilled and talented performers who know how to make the best use of the space. The whole effect creates a memorable night out.
With deviant diva Bernadette Byrne and half-moustachioed musician Victor Victoria, EastEnd Cabaret are an engaging compere duo who skilfully guide the night and ensure the audience enjoy themselves. The current performance space is limited and the type of acts restricted by the nature of the space. Despite this, the show is full of excitement, danger and beauty. The Black Cat Cabaret will be returning for 2014 to the London Wonderground on the Southbank, where audiences can expect the spirit of vintage Montmartre but with a modern twist.
