Pleasance Theatre Celebrates 30 years at Edinburgh Festival Fringe

Pleasance Theatre Trust will be presenting an eclectic lineup of shows at this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe to celebrate its 30th birthday. From comedy to drama to magic, the Fringe’s biggest venue is proud to present this exciting array of shows with highlights including Reduced Shakespeare Company with The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) and also launching their brand new show The Complete History of Comedy [revised], James Acaster, Adam Riches, Paul Merton’s Impro Chums, Nick Helm, Beardyman, Cardinal Burns, Simon Amstell, Jeremy Paxman and more.

In addition to the excellent theatre and comedy lineup, to heighten the 30th birthday festivities, Pleasance Theatre Trust’s Pleasance Kids programme will be bigger than ever with 17 family friendly shows and the Pleasance Kidzone returning for its sixth year. Some children show highlights include Dinosaur Zoo, Jay Foreman’s Disgusting Songs for Revolting Children, Potted Sherlock, Sid’s Show and The Cat In the Hat.
