69th Festival de Cannes Jury

The 69th Festival de Cannes had already announced its jury president as Mad Max auteur George Miller.  Now, the rest of the jury has been revealed, and it’s the ultimate dream team of film industry heavyweights.

Cannes has  always sought to adopt a universal and international approach with its jury and this year is no exception as accompanying George Miller are eight prominent industry figures from world cinema.  The jury will also feature four women and four men with George as their leader.  Their task will be to decide between the 21 films in Competition in order to select the winners, including the winner of the prestigious Palme d’Or – to be announced on stage at the Closing Ceremony on Sunday May 22nd.
