Sam Mendes to Preside 2016 Venice Film Festival Jury
British director Sam Mendes (American Beauty, Road to Perdition, Skyfall, Spectre) will be the president of the Competition Jury at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival (August 31st – September 10th, 2016). The film festival jury will be responsible for awarding the Golden Lion for best film, as well as other official awards.
