To celebrate their new album Reflektor, Montreal band Arcade Fire have made the strangest Variety Show TV special imaginable.

It features live performances from the band, plus bizarre and sometimes hilarious cames from Ben Stiller, Bono, Aziz Ansari, Michael Cera, James Franco, Zach Galifianakis and Bill Hader.  Have a watch:
